The house owner or agent who posts advertisements to BD To-Let is fully responsible for ensuring that advertising content, text, images uploaded comply with all applicable laws.

Any person can create an account on BD To-Let. All account information must be real and accurate. If a fake account is detected, it will be permanently disabled.

Users are encouraged to add their real face image to their profile. While not compulsory, authentic images build trust. Images can be removed anytime, and accounts may be blocked for violating guidelines.

BD To-Let uses a credit-based system to access property information and post listings.

You are responsible for setting the rental price for your property. The price should be clear and accurate.

You agree not to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities on our platform. This includes misrepresentation, spam, and any form of harassment.

When you submit content to BD To-Let:

BD To-Let is a platform for connecting property owners and renters. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of property listings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or property listings at our discretion, with or without cause.

Users must choose one category that best describes the intended use of the property (e.g., family, bachelor, office).

Set the rent amount for the property clearly and accurately.

Images in property listings are optional but encouraged. Users must follow these guidelines:

Users can write detailed descriptions about their property. House owners are strictly prohibited from including personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses) in the property description. Any detected contact information will be edited.
