We take every report seriously and investigate it; if we find that a property has already been rented out, we immediately mark it as Unavailable or remove the post. Our goal is to keep recent posts active so that homeowners can find tenants easily. Therefore, we kindly request users to check the Post Date and verify the details independently before unlocking a property or contacting the owner.

For your peace of mind, our Credit Refund option is always available. If you unlock a property and find it is no longer vacant, you can apply for a refund according to our policy.

We have our own official agents who collect information about available properties with the permission of the owners. We carefully review and verify these details before publishing them. Our agents also inform the owners to notify us once a property has been rented or to remove the post. However, some owners do not update or remove their listings after renting out, which may cause inconvenience for users who unlock such posts and later request a credit refund.

We strongly recommend users to unlock only the most recent posts to minimize the chance of outdated information. By unlocking recently posted properties, you will get more reliable and up-to-date information.

If it is proven that any post has been published without the owner's permission, we take appropriate action in accordance with our policy. We are committed to protecting owners' rights and take strict action against unauthorized posts.
